On November the 6th goLOLA has celebrated a paella workshop. Accompanied by Gabrielle, Dagmar, Gertha, Fred and Sarah we enjoyed the authentic Valencian paella prepared by our cook María, accompanied by a good sangria. We also learned how to prepare a fish fideuá and rice pudding for dessert. Laughs, Spanish and good food were the main ingredients of a morning with friends cooking dishes of Spanish cuisine.
